Our consultancy services
Our services come under three categories:
- Registration and AQTF consultancy
- The design and development of accreditation products and applications
- Professional development programs for corporate clients and RTOs
We have been providing these services for more than 15 years, based on a combined 55 years of experience in vocational education and training.
Our consultancy has assisted many corporate clients to become RTOs and to develop their unique courses as nationally recognised training. We have the expertise and proven experience in providing them with a level of service in line with their own requirements, including:
- Provision of an AQTF compliance system for them to self-customise with a little assistance;
- Provision of assistance as required including help with preparing training and assessment systems, assessment mentoring and validation and ongoing assistance with maintenance of registration obligations
- Assistance with preparation for registration under CRICOS and ongoing assistance with maintainance of CRICOS registration
- Advice and assistance in establishing a record keeping system appropriate to the size and scope of the organisation
- Professional development activities for staff on specific topics relating to registration and accreditation, such as managing complaints or developing Units of Competency
right through to:
- A fully mentored consultancy services which can includeassessment development mentoring, mock audits and training staff in TAA40104 (though our RTO)
- Professional development on a range of business or training and assessment topics as required for upskilling staff
