Registration and consultancy services

The level of service required by different clients requires a flexible approach to development. Before providing you with a quote for services, we will spend some time with you to ascertain your current level of expertise and knowledge of vocational training and managing a training organisation.

This initial consultation can be conducted over the telephone or face-to-face, and we have assisted a wide range of clients across Australia in a number of industries.

Only after we have a feel for how much assistance you will require will we draw up a quote and a contract. No variations to services or price are commenced without your consent, so there are no nasty surprises over the term of the contract.

In every contract we detail what each party is responsible for providing, and the speed with which we can process your work depends upon how quickly you are able to provide us with any required information.

While we can give you advise on developing your training and assessment services, and can train you to develop high quality resources, ultimately, this is your responsibility unless you specifically employ us to write resources for you. Please note that our own writing schedule is very busy, so we much prefer to teach you how to do this for yourself.
